In 1998, Stacy Witbeck began constructing the first modern streetcar project in the United States – the Portland Streetcar. Since then, we have built every extension of the streetcar system, which forms a 12-mile loop through the city. All phases were delivered under the CM/GC contracting method and totaled $170 million in contract value. Work included public and private utility relocations, trackwork, stop platforms, bridges, a vehicle maintenance facility, traction power, and OCS.

"Not only did Stacy Witbeck remain on schedule, but they kept the work sites clean, adequately directed traffic, and their employees were respectful of those most impacted by this work, including the many retail businesses in the area."
