Stacy Witbeck is the prime contractor responsible for providing maintenance and inspection services of track, signals, and bridges for a 20-mile section of the Sound Transit commuter rail system in the Lakewood Subdivision with a section in Everett. This is our second five-year contract for this work, which increased the contract limits from the original 10 miles to the current 20 miles.
Stacy Witbeck perform all work on an active rail line shared by commuter rail (Sounder and Amtrak) and freight rail (BNSF and Tacoma Rail) operations.
