Stacy Witbeck was the managing joint venture partner for this $163 million CM@Risk project. The project extended Valley Metro’s light rail system by 3.2 miles along congested 19th Avenue in northwest Phoenix. This project added three new stations and a park-and-ride lot. The project included roadway widening, curb-to-curb reconstruction of underground utilities, trackwork, OCS, traction power, traffic signals, street lighting, flatwork, and landscaping.
