Stacy Witbeck was a joint venture partner on this $88 million CM/GC project to construct a 2.2-mile streetcar loop through many of Kansas City’s most vibrant business and entertainment districts. The streetcar operates in mixed traffic, northbound and southbound, on Main Street. The project included 4.2 miles of embedded track, major water and sewer relocations, stations, traffic signals and street lighting, traction power, OCS, and a new three-bay LEED Gold vehicle maintenance facility.
