About the Project

Stacy Witbeck was the managing joint venture partner on this $117 million CM/GC project, which extends Valley Metro’s light rail service 1.9 miles along Main Street in Mesa, including the unusual feature of the light rail through a vehicular roundabout. Additional project elements included extensive utility coordination, embedded double track, two stations, a park and ride, OCS/traction power, roadway, and landscaping. The project celebrated its Grand Opening in May 2019.
