Honoring Those Who Served
As we honor Veterans Day, we are extremely grateful for the people who have served our country. Many have made incredible contributions within our own team, and our Stacy Witbeck Veterans, Active Military, & Dependenst Employee Resource Group has been comiling learnings from their members to share their experiences within the company, as well as to educate on how what they learned has helped with their careers in our industry. Their experiences not only protected our nation but also laid a solid foundation for success in their careers.
Their reflections highlight how their military service instilled resilience, adaptability, and commitment to teamwork and integrity. Through experiences in high stress environments and diverse teams, they gained strong problem-solving skills, discipline, leadership, and dedication to completing each task – all qualities that contribute to the success in the workplace. The values of accountability and collaboration learned in the military continue to shape their careers, enabling them to push through challenges and see every project through to completion.
This Veterans Day, we honor them, and we thank them for their service and their continued contributions to our success.
